Since my wife and I were engaged, nearly seven years ago, it has been our constant dream to open a restaurant. Children, finances, long hours at work, and other life moments put this dream on hold for a number of years.
I have finally had the opportunity to see this dream begin to become a reality. Financial backers, a brilliant young , an ideal location, and a host of other things seemed to all come together at the right time. Two weeks ago I signed the lease on 1359 Bardstown Road, the site of the former Palermo Viejo Argentinian Steakhouse.
